Refund Policy

1. Overview

Talent Leaders Inc. is a professional HR consulting and talent solutions firm licensed in Alberta, Canada. Every engagement we accept involves the deployment of professional time, domain expertise and operational resources. This policy sets out clearly the circumstances under which fees paid to Talent Leaders are refundable and the process for submitting a cancellation or dispute request.

2. Service and Project Fees

All fees paid for retained executive search, HR consultancy, recruitment process outsourcing, competency framework development, compensation benchmarking, psychometric assessments, leadership development programs, CV writing services, LMIA and immigration support, and any other professional service delivered by Talent Leaders are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced. Commencement of service includes, without limitation, any research, candidate identification, document preparation, consultation, analysis or correspondence undertaken on behalf of the client.

3. Consultation Session Bookings

If you have paid to book a scheduled consultation session with Talent Leaders, the following terms apply:

48-Hour Cancellation Rule

Cancellations submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

-In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the client retains the right to reschedule to another available date and time at no additional charge, subject to Talent Leaders' availability.

-Rescheduling requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original booking date. After this period the session fee is forfeited.

-Each booking may be rescheduled once only. Subsequent changes may be subject to an administration fee at Talent Leaders' discretion.

4. How to Cancel or Reschedule

All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to consult@talentleaders.ca and must include:

-Your full name and contact information

-The scheduled date and time of your session

-Your reason for cancellation or your preferred rescheduling dates

A written confirmation will be issued within 2 business days of receiving your request. Cancellations are effective from the date and time Talent Leaders acknowledges receipt in writing - not from the date of the client's request alone.

5. Billing Errors and Disputes

If you believe a fee has been charged in error, please contact consult@talentleaders.ca within 14 calendar days of the charge date. All disputes will be reviewed in good faith and a written response provided within 5 business days. Talent Leaders' determination of whether a refund is warranted shall be final.

6. Policy Amendments

Talent Leaders reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued engagement with our services after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
