Talent Leaders advertises the role in Canada and documents that no qualified Canadian was available, a prerequisite for LMIA approval.

LMIA application submitted
Whitefield Immigration prepares and files the LMIA application with Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC).

Positive LMIA & job offer letter
Once approved, the employer issues a formal job offer. The candidate uses this to apply for their work permit with IRCC.
