Introduce a business that already needs recruitment, staffing, or HR support to Talent Leaders. When they become a paying client, you earn a 25% share of the profit we make on that engagement. No selling, no service delivery, no cost to join.
Talent Leaders is an Alberta Government licensed employment agency. Every day, businesses around you are struggling to hire the right people, fill urgent vacancies, or get their HR in order. If you know one of those businesses, you can introduce them to us and be rewarded when they become a client.
You do not need to be a recruiter or an HR expert. You simply refer businesses that are already qualified, meaning they have a genuine, current need for the services we provide. We take it from there: the pitch, the proposal, the delivery, and the client relationship. When the client pays for a completed engagement, you receive 25% of the profit we earn on it.
Identify a business with a real, current hiring or HR need and register the introduction. We confirm it is a genuine, previously unengaged opportunity.
We manage the proposal, the agreement, and the full delivery of the recruitment, staffing, or HR service, holding the client relationship to our professional and compliance standards.
Once the client has paid for the completed engagement and the invoice has cleared, we calculate the profit and pay your 25% share under the terms of your partner agreement.
A qualified referral is a business that is genuinely ready to engage a service we provide, and that Talent Leaders is not already in conversation with. Typical examples include:
Your reward is 25% of the net profit Talent Leaders earns on the engagement generated by your referral. Net profit means the fees invoiced to the client for that engagement, less the direct costs of delivering it.
The share becomes payable only after the client has been invoiced and payment has cleared in full. Payments are made in Canadian dollars to the details recorded in your partner agreement.
The exact commissionable services, calculation basis, payment schedule, and any applicable taxes are set out in the affiliate partner agreement you receive after registering. Figures on this page are illustrative and do not form part of any contract.
You refer to an Alberta Government licensed employment agency with an established reputation, so your introduction reflects well on you.
You are not responsible for selling, delivering, or servicing anything. Once you introduce the client, our team owns the entire engagement.
A clear 25% profit share, paid after the client settles their invoice, all documented in a written partner agreement.
Once your registration is approved and your agreement is signed, you are onboarded into your partner portal. There you get a unique affiliate code, a personal referral link and QR code that identify every introduction as yours, and a library of ready-made materials to share with the businesses you refer.
Every affiliate partner is issued a unique code, tied to your name and your verified email and mobile, so a client you introduce is always matched to you and your 25% share is tracked correctly. Share your link or QR code, and any business that reaches us through it is credited to you.
The code shown here is a demonstration. Your real affiliate code, link, and QR code are generated and issued once your affiliate partner agreement is signed. Approved partners enter their private access code above to unlock their live identity.

No. Registration simply expresses your interest. A partnership is created only once you have received and accepted a written affiliate partner agreement, which sets out all the terms in full.
1. The Affiliate Partner Program is operated by Talent Leaders Inc., an Alberta Government licensed employment agency. Participation is subject to a separate written affiliate partner agreement, which prevails over the summary information on this page in the event of any inconsistency.
2. A referral qualifies only where the introduced business is not already a client of, or in active discussion with, Talent Leaders, and where it proceeds to a paid, completed engagement. Talent Leaders determines, acting reasonably, whether a referral qualifies.
3. The reward is 25% of the net profit earned by Talent Leaders on the qualifying engagement, payable after the client has paid the relevant invoice in full. Net profit, commissionable services, and the payment schedule are defined in the partner agreement.
4. Affiliate partners act as independent introducers only. This programme does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship, and affiliate partners have no authority to negotiate, contract, or make representations on behalf of Talent Leaders.
5. Affiliate partners are responsible for their own taxes and for complying with applicable laws when making introductions, including privacy and anti-spam legislation. Introductions must be made only with the introduced party's knowledge and consent.
6. Talent Leaders may amend, suspend, or withdraw the programme, and may decline or remove any registration, at its discretion. Figures and examples on this page are illustrative, do not constitute an offer, and do not form part of any contract.
